Landlords earning more than £20,000 will have to use the Making Tax Digital for Income Tax Self-Assessment by the end of the current Parliament.
More landlords can now try out Making Tax Digital (MTD) for Income Tax after HMRC paused the pilot last February.
Landlords will have to fork out an extra £460 to use the new Making Tax Digital for Income Tax Self-Assessment system.
