Landlords in and around Bristol are invited to join TV star Paul Shamplina this Thursday, 30th May agt 5.30pm for an educational seminar run by leading estate agency Andrews.

During the face-to-face event, which the agency says will equip landlords with the knowledge and tools necessary to be a great landlord in today’s rental market, Shamplina will be revealing how to ‘survive and thrive’ this year.

Other industry experts will be on hand covering a wide range of subjects of topics including property investment strategies, legal obligations and maximising rental returns.

Attendees can network with fellow landlords, property experts, and service providers, while gaining valuable insights to enhance their property management skills.
