Leading brands in private rented sector unite under new name

total property

The owner of the private rented sector’s market leading services to landlords and letting agents, HFIS, has created a unified brand for all its companies including mydeposits, the Property Redress Scheme, Landlord Action, Client Money Protect and Total Landlord insurance.

This group of services, which reach over 40% of the sector, will now all sit within the Total Property brand but retain their individual names.

Eddie Hooker, Founder and CEO of HFIS, says: “We built the business around the concept of the ‘total landlord’ and everything we do is focused on providing complete protection for our customers.

“From specialist landlord insurance to our tenancy deposit solutions and legal services, our mission has always been to help professionalise landlords and raise standards in the sector. As the business has grown, we now offer more property solutions for agents, landlords and tenants across the market.

Launch

“The brand launch of Total Property is a significant landmark for HFIS, but this is just the first stage in an exciting new chapter for the business.

Total Property is the culmination of our vision to transform the way our customers interact with us, making their lives easier by enabling access to our collective support, products and services in one place.

“Over the coming months we’re looking forward to launching some exciting initiatives which will bring the brand to life and offer an existing opportunity to work with our customers more closely than ever before.”
